Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GolfSpeed (the "Service"), operated by Willconia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

GolfSpeed analyzes golf swing videos to estimate club head speed using AI pose detection. All analysis runs entirely in your browser — videos are never uploaded to our servers. Results may vary depending on video quality, lighting conditions, and swing visibility.

3. Credits and Payments

• Free users: 2 analyses per day (no registration required)
• Signed-in users: 2 free analyses per day, then credits are deducted
• Sample videos are always free and do not count against your limit
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund eligible: If none of your 10 purchased credits have been used, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• No refund if any credits used: If even 1 credit has been used, no refund will be issued for that purchase.
• Technical failure: If an analysis fails due to a server error on our end and a credit was consumed, we will restore that credit.
• Duplicate charges: Duplicate charges due to payment errors will be fully refunded.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Purchases where any credits have been used
• Unsatisfactory results due to video quality issues (e.g., side view, poor lighting, low frame rate)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means
• Use the Service for commercial resale without permission
• Analyze videos you do not have rights to process

6. Video Content & Privacy

• You retain full ownership of videos you analyze
• Videos are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers
• We do not view, store, or share your video content

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate swing speed results
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss due to technical failures

8. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. In case of permanent discontinuation, unused credits will be refunded.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
