1. Overview

Willconia ("we", "our", or "us") operates the GolfSpeed service and is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Account information: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google OAuth. This is used to manage your credit balance and usage history.

Usage data: We track the number of analyses performed per day to enforce the free usage limit. For signed-in users, this is linked to your account. For anonymous users, it is linked to a hashed IP address and not to any personal identity.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive only your email address and a transaction ID from Stripe after a successful payment. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details.

Video files: Videos are analyzed entirely in your browser using WebCodecs and TensorFlow.js (WebGL backend). Videos are never uploaded to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Account name and email: to identify your session and display your name in the UI
• Usage counts: to enforce daily free limits and deduct credits appropriately
• Payment email: to link Stripe transactions to your account for credit fulfillment
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes

4. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon request.
• Daily usage logs: Retained for 30 days, then purged automatically.
• Transaction records: Retained for accounting purposes (7 years, per legal requirements).
• Video files: Never stored on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth: Sign-in provider. Google Privacy Policy

• Cloudflare: Content delivery and DDoS protection. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• TensorFlow.js + MoveNet (Google): AI pose detection running in your browser (WebGL). MoveNet model weights are loaded from TF Hub on first use. No video data leaves your device.

6. Open Source Software Notices

GolfSpeed uses open-source software running client-side in your browser, including TensorFlow.js, MoveNet, and mp4box.js. Full attribution and license texts are available on our Open Source Licenses page.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Request information about what data we hold about you
• Sign out and stop using the service at any time

8. Children's Privacy
